Clearing The Way For The News On 6

Demolition work started on Monday on what will be the future home of The News On 6.

Crews from Manhattan Construction began tearing down warehouses on Cameron Street, just northwest of the current downtown studio at 3^rd and Frankfort.

The demolition will make room for the new, state-of-the-art, Griffin Communications Media Center.

Construction is supposed to be finished by next summer.
