Repairs Close Part Of BA Expressway

The right lane of eastbound SH-51/US-64 (Broken Arrow Expressway) is closed at Lewis Avenue. The lane is closed for emergency bridge deck repairs.

Drivers headed home from downtown on Friday evening will have to deal with delays. A pothole crew noticed a softball sized hole on the right lane of eastbound SH-51/US-64 (Broken Arrow Expressway) at Lewis Avenue just after noon.

Crews had to cut out two square-feet of the highway to patch the hole. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says the right lane will be closed until the concrete sets completely.
