AT&T Mobility call center employees are back at work Monday.  It appears a strike involving AT&T call centers, in Oklahoma City and Tulsa has been averted.

According to the Communication Workers Union, it reached a tentative agreement with AT&T just after 1 a.m. Monday.

The Communications Workers of America, which represents call center workers and retail employees for AT&T Mobility in five states, was seeking higher salaries and a lower turnover rate amongst its employees.

Details of the tentative agreement have not been released.

The union's members voted last week to go on strike if they didn't come to an agreement with AT&T by Sunday night, said a union spokesperson.
