Drivers distracted by cell phones may soon face a penalty. An Oklahoma lawmaker wants to make it a crime to talk on the phone and drive.
Representative Paul Wesselhoff's bill would make it a misdemeanor for anyone who causes an accident because they were talking or texting.
Oklahoma already has a law against careless and reckless driving.
