Principal Drops Wrongful Termination Lawsuit

The principal who was at the center of a heated, wrongful termination lawsuit has dropped his case.  Administrators say Dwayne Pemberton was fired from Hilldale Schools for playing favorites with staff members.

Pemberton says he just wants to move on and turn his attention to his new job with Muskogee Public Schools.
