Lost City Residents Oppose Annexation

Voters in one Cherokee County community are not giving up on their school just yet. On Tuesday, Lost City residents overwhelmingly voted against annexing with nearby Hulbert.

The district is out of money and has a quarter-million dollars in debt left from the last administration.

The district says the United Band of Keetoowah Indians has promised help, but there's no word on what that means.
