Police Investigate Industrial Accident

On Tuesday afternoon, officers were called to 75th and Evanston to investigate what is believed to be an accidental death.  When officers arrived, EMSA and the Tulsa Fire Department were on the scene. The victim was pronounced dead by EMSA. It appeared that the victim died after falling from his ladder.

The victim is an employee of a local cable company and was on the job at the time of his death. The official cause of death will be determined by the Medical Examiner's Office.
