Mart Green Presents Check To ORU

Oklahoma City businessman Mart Green handed Oral Roberts University a check during chapel services on Wednesday.  The money comes with a change in leadership.

Mart Green is now the chairman for the new ORU Board of Trustees, which replaces the old board of regents.

Wednesday's check also brings financial stability to ORU, which had earlier reported a $50 million debt.

"You are here seeing history made right now.  You are here seeing a mighty move of God take place in the life and future of Oral Roberts University," said ORU Trustee Scott Howard.

Green gave an additional $8 million to Oral Roberts University late last year.
