Colder nights and cooler days with blustery winds are forecast across Oklahoma as a cold front moves into the state.

The National Weather Service said Wednesday night would become mostly clear with lows expected in the 30s and 40s.

Thursday is to be sunny with highs reaching the mid 50s to mid 60s.

Clear skies are to continue on Friday with warmer daytime temperatures returning from the west, but a cold night forecast statewide. Highs are to range from the upper 50s in the northeast to the low to mid 70s across much of western Oklahoma while overnight lows are expected from the upper 20s to the upper 30s.
