OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Since a 2004 state law that's credited with reducing methamphetamine labs in the state law officers say they're seeing a dramatic rise in meth smuggled into Oklahoma from Mexico. The law limits the sale of a primary ingredient in meth and the number of meth labs in Oklahoma has dropped significantly.

But authorities say people addicted to meth have turned to crystal meth,or ``ice'' that's produced in large labs in Mexico and smuggled across the border.

Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control spokesman Mark Woodward says law agencies statewide are looking to the bureau for guidance.

And Woodward says the bureau has made a cross-jurisdictional agreement with the Chickasaw tribe and is working on similar agreements with other tribes so agents can make arrests on tribal land.
