A man is arrested after Tulsa Police say he stole equipment from a vehicle at the Marc Miller dealership on Memorial Drive.

Police say 23-year-old Stephen Toomey was walking around dealership when he was spotted by security. Police say Toomey told security officers he was just looking at the cars, and then left the dealership.

Toomey returned about 30 minutes later and was arrested. Tulsa Police found burglary tools, along with a stereo, cable and face plate from a truck on the lot in Toomey's car.
