MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) -- One man has been arrested and another person is being sought as investigators get a break in the brutal death of a Boynton resident nearly three years ago.

Clinton Riley Potts already was in custody on unrelated charges when he was arrested on a murder complaint Friday for the December 2004 killing of Gregory Clark. Officials say not only was Clark beaten to death, his face was cut, his throat was slashed and he was shot in the arms.
