The former lead investigator for the Creek County District Attorney's office has been arrested again. This makes the third time this year for Ed Willingham, Junior. Sapulpa Police say they got a tip that Ed Willingham, Junior was passed out in a car. They say he appeared under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Before they could book him, he stopped breathing was taken to a Tulsa hospital where he is now in critical condition.

Sapulpa Police say Willingham also had a gun, which is illegal, since his wife has a protective order against him.

Ed Willingham, Junior also faces charges of molesting a young girl.
