NORMAN, Okla. (AP) -- Norman police are hoping a $5,000 reward will help lead to information in an unsolved 2003 homicide. Norman Police and fire officials responding to a house fire in April 2003 found the body of 42-year-old Donna Conn in the living room of the home.
The fire had extinguished itself, but police say an investigation determined that it was deliberately set and that Donna Conn died as a result of the blaze.
Norman Police Capt. Leonard Judy says the case has grown cold and investigators are hoping someone has information that could help them crack the case.
