The National Transportation Safety Board is releasing new information about the moments before a fatal plane crash in Glenpool.
Investigators say the airplane never reached very high speeds or altitude.
The preliminary report says the single engine Beech A-36 went down last Wednesday shortly after taking off from Jones Riverside Airport. The tower manager says the plane had a ground speed of about 80 miles per hour and never reached more than about 560 feet above the ground.
