UNDATED (AP) -- After an offseason of spending big bucks to improve their offense, the Rangers have scored an NHL-low 13 goals headed into Tuesday evening's road game against the Penguins. New York will be out to avoid a fourth straight loss while Pittsburgh will be looking to build on its first back-to-back wins of the season.

In other hockey action Tuesday: Atlanta searches for its first road win of the season at Toronto, defending champion Anaheim is 0-4-and-1 on the road this season and plays at St. Louis.

Chicago will be after a third straight win when it takes the ice against visiting Columbus, Colorado is at Edmonton in the first matchup of the season between the Northwest Division rivals and Nashville will be out to end a five-game skid when it plays at Los Angeles.
