GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Former Oklahoma State tailback Vernand Morency put up some good numbers for the Green Bay Packers, but couldn't find his way into the end zone in the Packers first loss of the season.
Morency had 43 yards on nine carries and also hauled in seven catches for 48 yards in Green Bay's 27-20 loss to the Packers Sunday night.
Morency was traded from the Houston Texans to the Packers before the start of last year's season.
He missed the first few games for the Packers this season with a knee injury.
