WACO, Texas (AP) _ There's no post-upset letdown for Colorado.
A week after Colorado upset then Number Three Oklahoma, Demetrius Sumler scored three touchdowns, Kevin Eberhart kicked four field goals longer than 40 yards, and the Buffs won 43-23 over Baylor.
Sumler's 7-yard catch early in the second quarter was the second TD thrown by Cody Hawkins and pushed Colorado ahead 17-0. Sumler later added TD runs of 3 and 2 yards.
Hugh Charles ran 20 times for 122 yards and Hawkins completed 17 of 26 passes for 293 yards with an interception for the Buffs, who won outside of Colorado for the first time since October 2005 at Kansas State.
