UNDATED (AP) -- Cleveland and Boston will be out tonight looking to solidify the lead in their respective American League Division Series.

The Indians manhandled the Yankees 12-3 in last night's opener and will send 19-and-8 Fausto Carmona to the Jacobs Field mound for Game 2. New York goes with 15-and-9 Andy Pettitte for the early evening start.

The Red Sox and visiting Los Angeles Angels come back from an off day to play Game 2 of their best-of-five ALDS. Boston shutout the visiting Halos 4-zip Wednesday night.

Daisuke Matsuzaka gets the ball for the BoSox. He's coming off a 15-and-12 regular season in his first year away from Japan.

L.A. goes with 18-and-7 Kelvim Escobar.

All four National League playoff teams have the day off before resuming their division series tomorrow night.

Colorado will host Philadelphia after capturing the opening two games in the Phillies' home ballpark.
