MIAMI, Okla. (AP) -- The city of Miami will get $400,000 in disaster relief money from the state Commerce Department. The money is to help the city recover from summer flooding.
Miami city officials say the money will be used to buy land and install infrastructure. The city will then build about 20 new homes on the land and intends to sell them to people who lost their homes during the July 3rd flood.
