SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) _ The producers of the new ``Indiana Jones'' movie are settling a lawsuit against an actor from Edmond who was accused of revealing the film's plot. Tyler Nelson of Edmond was accused of breaching a confidentiality agreement by revealing the plot in an interview with the Edmond Sun.

A publicist for Lucasfilm says a Superior Court order was filed Tuesday in California finding that Nelson knowingly violated the agreement. He signed the agreement when he was cast to appear in a scene of ``Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.''

The agreement prohibits everyone involved in the film from publicly discussing it.

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed and an after-hours call to Nelson's talent agency wasn't immediately returned.

The fourth installment of the adventure series was directed by Steven Spielberg and stars Harrison Ford. It's to be in theaters in May.
