Sexual Battery Suspect Sought

A suspect involved in an inappropriate touching incident with a child is being sought by Sand Springs Police. Police are seeking the publicâ€™s help in identifying the suspect from an incident on September 7 at the Wal-Mart in Sand Springs.

Police say the suspect reportedly approached a 7-year-old girl and touched her on the buttocks on two separate occasions in the store. The mother of the victim then witnessed the suspect approach and touch another child on the buttocks in the same store.

Sand Springs Police say the mother attempted to contact store management, but the suspect had left the store before they could locate him.

The suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 30 years of age, brown hair worn in a ponytail and a mustache. A white female with long brown hair and three small children accompanied the suspect.
