MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) _ A former Council Hill principal and football coach has been charged with nine felonies. Curtis Thomas Been faces counts of forcible sodomy, rape by instrumentation, lewd molestation, second-degree rape and lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child under 16.
According to prosecutors, the alleged crimes involve two victims.
Been was coach and principal at Midway High School in Council Hill.
The 37-year-old has an address in Henryetta.
