STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ Oklahoma State punter Matt Fodge is on the watch list for the 2007 Ray Guy Award.

The award is given each year to the top collegiate punter in the nation.

Fodge is averaging nearly 43-and-a-half yards per punt this season after averaging nearly 45 yards per punt last year.

The list will be cut to ten semifinalists in November then to three finalists.

The winner will be announced December 6th.
