Demolition Begins

Demolition work got underway Monday morning at the old Camelot hotel at I-44 and Peoria in Tulsa. Crews began tearing down the hotel's ballroom, located on the northsdie of the structure.

The Camelot has sat empty for years.

The building site will be cleared to make way for other businesses, including QuikTrip. QuikTrip has announced plans to build a store at the location.
