Oklahomaâ€™s karaoke champ is getting ready for the regional championship in Nevada.

On Saturday, Kenneth McDaniel sang a free concert in Sand Springs at GPI where he works part-time. McDaniel says his boss is his biggest supporter. Gene Pierce organized Saturdayâ€™s concert which is also a fundraiser for McDaniel's trip. McDaniel says the turn out is hard to put into words.

"You look around and see all these friends. It's kinda breathtaking to see this many people come out for me, it leaves me kinda speechless a little bit too because it lets me know what good friends I have, and I feel good about it," Oklahoma karaoke champ Kenneth McDaniel said.

McDaniel says he's on a fixed income and karaoke gives him something to keep busy. He leaves for Nevada next Saturday.
