A man wanted in connection to a fatal shooting at a Tulsa bar has surrendered to police.

Brandon Lee Brown is charged with first degree murder in the death of Jeremiah Francis. Police say Brown shot and killed Francis at Torchy's Briar Patch Lounge, located at 11th Street and 124th East Avenue in Tulsa, Thursday night.

Police say the two were in an argument, but believe Brown mistook Francis for someone else. According to witnesses Brown pulled out a gun and shot Francis in the neck, then left the scene. He surrendered to Tulsa police on Friday.

Brown is also charged with carrying a weapon where alcohol is served and with possession of a firearm while under the supervision of the Department of Corrections.
