Tulsa Police recover two stolen vehicles and arrest a teenager overnight. It started when a man heard a noise in his garage near 36th and Utica early Tuesday morning. The man told police officers his car had been stolen and his home burglarized.

Police say a short time later, an officer spotted the car and another stolen vehicle speeding through an intersection and followed them. The suspects pulled up to an apartment complex near 5th and Birmingham and tried to run. A 17-year-old male was arrested.

A search of the two vehicles turned up several stolen items including cash, a wallet and a purse plus stereos taken from other cars.

The unidentified suspect faces burglary and auto theft charges.
