TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ A Collinsville man has been sentenced to a year in prison and three years of supervised release for bankruptcy fraud. Joseph L. Marinari was charged with knowingly and fraudulently making a false statement in connection with a filing in federal bankruptcy court in Tulsa.

A federal jury convicted Marinari in April of concealing a diamond and platinum bracelet valued at more than $28,000 from his bankruptcy creditors.

Besides a prison term and supervised release, the 68-year-old Marinari was ordered to pay a $3,000 fine.
