PAULS VALLEY, Okla. (AP) _ The body of a missing woman has been found in Pauls Valley City Lake where she disappeared earlier this week.

Pauls Valley police say the body of Heather Lynn Adkins was found Saturday morning near the north end of the lake about 300 yards from where she was last seen.

Adkins was reported missing Thursday afternoon after taking a personal watercraft onto the lake to sunbathe.

The watercraft and her life preserver were found later Thursday.

Adkins' body is being sent to the state medical examiner's office to determine the cause of death.
