SHAWNEE, Okla. (AP) _ A man who escaped last week from the Pottawatomie County jail is back behind bars in Oregon. Baker County, Oregon, Deputy Gary Hughes says police there nabbed 26-year-old Harley Davidson Scott early Monday morning. He's being held without bail on two charges of being a fugitive.

Scott was one of three men who escaped from the Pottawatomie County jail on August 28.

Officials are still investigating Scott's ties to Oregon and how he got there.
