TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ A head-on collision on State Highway 16 near Muskogee has claimed a second life as a woman injured in the crash has died. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Dale Allison of Taft died at a Tulsa hospital after being injured in the crash Wednesday morning.
OHP troopers say Allison was eastbound when a westbound car driven by Alvin Jones of Muskogee cross the center line and collided with her car head-on.
Jones was dead at the scene.
