Good Samaritans help Tulsa Police capture a hit and run suspect Tuesday morning. It happened shortly before 6:30 a.m. Tulsa Police say the suspect hit a vehicle at Admiral and Sheridan. Witnesses saw what happened, and quickly boxed the man in just a few blocks away at 4th and Sheridan.

Tulsa Police say those witnesses kept the suspect there until police officers could arrive on the scene. No one was hurt.

Police officers say the man had been drinking and even threw out a cold glass of beer. The unidentifed man was arrested on a number of charges including leaving the scene of an accident and suspicion of DUI.
