Allegations of racial profiling against the Tulsa law enforcement agencies will be reported to the U.S. Department of Justice Monday. The president of the National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders says he knows of at least 30 cases. Miguel Rivera says Hispanics living in the Tulsa area have been unfairly targeted because authorities suspect they may be illegal immigrants.
The group was in town over the weekend to attend an immigration information rally organized by the American Dream Coalition.
Tulsa Police say their department policy prohibits racial profiling. Police say all claims are investigated.
