A man is found dead and Tulsa Police have little to go on. Police officers found Antonio Munoz dead in a mobile home in Rockwood Village, located at 4130 S. 104th East Avenue, Saturday night. Police didn't suspect foul play until the medical examiner discovered trauma to Munoz’s body. Still, detectives will not know exactly what killed Munoz until they get the state Medical Examiner’s final report. Until then, Tulsa Police are looking for leads in the case.
"We're doing canvases and going through the scene again and sifting through to see if there's something we might have missed since it was, you know, late at night when the first call came out," said Tulsa Police Corporal Gene Watkins.
Officers say they were called to the home because Munoz had not been heard from in several days. Police want to hear from any who’s seen Munoz. If you know anything you’re asked to call Crimestoppers, 596-COPS. You can remain anonymous and could earn a cash reward if your tip leads to an arrest.
According to Tulsa Police this is Tulsa’s 45th homicide of the year.
