JAY, Okla. (AP) -- A former Delaware County deputy is being given a one-year deferred sentence after pleading no contest to a computer crimes charge.
Krista Brady of Grove was accused of giving the password for her ex-husband's computer to her sister -- Shawna Mann of Hawaii. She pleaded no contest after the charge was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor.
Court documents say Mann used the password to enter the computer and send nude photographs of her ex-boyfriend and his wife. Mann has pleaded no contest to a similar charge and is being fined nearly $2,800.
