OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A memorial service will be next Saturday in Oklahoma City for U.S. Army Staff Sergeant William Scates of Oklahoma City. Scates was killed August 11th while serving a third tour of duty in Iraq.
The memorial will be at noon September 1st at the Fraternal Order of Police in Oklahoma City.
Funeral services and burial for Scates will be Friday at Fort Bliss National Cemetery in Texas.
