OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A national sports magazine ranks Jenks High School's football team as one of the top prep teams in the country.

Sports Illustrated's High School Football Preview issue features the Jenks Trojans at Number 10.

The magazine lists running back Chris Adkins, quarterback Mark Ginther and defensive tackle Tony Gillespie as the team's top players.

It noted that the Trojans won the Class 6A title last year, but says a repeat will be hard with the top-two linebackers gone from the team.

At Number One is Carroll High School in Southlake, Texas. The rest of the list includes Northwestern in Miami, Florida, at Number Two; Saint Xavier in Cincinnati at Number Three; Dematha in Hyattsville, Maryland, at Number Four and South Panola in Batesville, Mississippi at Number Five.

Teams six through nine are Independence in Charlotte, North Carolina; Katy, Texas; Northside in Warner Robins, Georgia, and Poly in Long Beach, California.
