NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Oklahoma football coach Bob Stoops is calling off Wednesday's scheduled scrimmage.

The Sooners were to scrimmage at 6 p.m. but Stoops says he's seen all he needs to see from the team in game situations.

Instead of the scrimmage the Sooners will work out in a closed practice.
