PIEDMONT, Okla. (AP) -- The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration is now investigating a July 7th fireworks accident in Piedmont that killed two people.

Shannon Wilson of Yukon died July 22nd and her brother Travis Dillard of Piedmont died August 8th after being burned when a firework exploded close to the ground and ignited a box of fireworks.

OSHA Oklahoma City director James Brown says an investigation is ongoing but no conclusions have been reached.
