The victim of a Tulsa auto-pedestrian accident has died. Thirty-six year-old Kelly McCarthy was hit in the street in front of her house near 38th and Garnett late Thursday night. The driver of the car did not stop, said police. McCarthy was rushed to a Tulsa hospital where she later died.

Tulsa Police say the woman had been in an argument with her boyfriend. As Tulsa Police officers investigated further, they tracked the suspect's car to the Shenandoah Apartments at 14033 East 24th Street. Police say the car belongs to the boyfriend's friend who was at the scene during the argument.

Justin Haulcomb was taken into custody for leaving the scene of an accident and driving with a suspended license. Police are still investigating to determine if the boyfriend, or the friend was driving the vehicle.
