NOBLE, Okla. (AP) -- Hundreds turned out in Noble Wednesday morning for the funeral of a 5-year-old boy killed by a stray police bullet.

Austin Haley died last Friday when he was hit in the back of the head by a bullet from an officer who was shooting at a snake.

The child's mother says she believes Austin Haley knew he would die and that last Friday morning as she took him to daycare he clung to her and cried saying he would miss her, his father and brother.

Services were held at the Noble Assembly of God Church.
