CHELSEA, Okla. (AP) -- A Chelsea man died early Sunday morning after crashing his motorcycle on a Rogers County road. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 24-year-old Daniel Stephen Hart was pronounced dead after being transported to Claremore Regional Hospital.
The patrol says Hart was eastbound on a county road about 3 o'clock Sunday morning when his motorcycle drifed off the right side of the roadway, hit a ditch and threw Hart about 40 feet.
The patrol reported Hart was not wearing a helmet.
