It has been a week since Tulsa resident Joshua Muller was captured after leading Lawton Police on a three-day manhunt. Muller is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill in Tulsa.
A Tulsa County special district court judge entered not guilty pleas on Muller's behalf during a court hearing Wednesday. The judge also set September 12 for his preliminary hearing. Muller is accused of killing 16-year-old Derriko Ross and 12-year-old Leah Harris-Fuqua. He is also accused of shooting a 12-year-old girl. She remains in a Tulsa hospital.
Tulsa Police say Muller went on the shooting spree after his wife told him that her wallet had been stolen. The kids were in an SUV outside a Tulsa convenience store when the shooting happened.
