MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) _ Arraignment is scheduled in Muskogee Thursday for the operator of a restaurant and bar along with two employees in the beating of a man with a hammer. Muskogee County District Attorney Larry Moore says Edwin J. Hesslen suffered a skull fracture. Muskogee Police Sgt. Bryan Farmer says Hesslen is possibly a former employee, but he declined to comment on the investigation.
The operator of Max's Garage restaurant and bar, Alex Reynolds, was arrested Saturday, along with Troy J. Dexter and Walter Puckett III.
Moore says his office is considering filing charges against Reynolds for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Dexter and Puckett may face other charges, including pointing a firearm.
