A man is arrested following a deadly crash on the Broken Arrow Expressway. Jeff Desonia was booked into jail on a first degree manslaughter complaint.

Police say Desonia was driving on the Broken Arrow Expressway near the Sheridan exit when he went off the road Friday morning. His car flipped several times, ejecting his two backseat passengers. A man died on the scene, a woman was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. A front seat passenger was also taken to an area hospital.

Officers say Desonia told them he'd taken Xanax and smoked marijuana before getting behind the wheel.
