MARKHAM, Ontario (AP) _ Former Oklahoma State golfer Hunter Mahan dropped out of the lead midway through the second round of the Canadian Open.
Mahan had three eagles on his way to tying a Canadian Open record with a 62 for a two-shot lead after Thursday's first round. But he's 3-over through nine holes Friday to drop into a tie for eighth at 6-under for the tournament.
Steve Allan is leading at 10-under through eleven holes.
Former Cowboy Bo Van Pelt is tied for fifth at 7-under through ten holes.
