RAMONA, Okla. (AP) -- Authorities say a Tulsa man was killed Monday afternoon when his car collided with another vehicle on U.S. Highway 75 in Washington County. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 39-year-old Bryan Scott Wilkinson suffered massive injuries and died in the accident in Ramona.
Troopers believe Wilkinson was driving north in the southbound lanes of the highway when his vehicle crashed into Roxanne Chance's sport utility vehicle head on.
The patrol says Wilkinson was pinned in the wreckage for an hour and 51 minutes.
Chance was transported by medical helicopter to a Tulsa hospital, where she is listed in critical condition. She was pinned in the wreckage for about 46 minutes.
Chance's passenger, her 11-year-old grandson Jerry Hall, was taken to a Bartlesville hospital, where he was in stable condition.
