The final piece of property Oklahoma State University needs to build its athletic village could be sold soon. A trial on eminent domain starts Monday in Payne County District Court. The trial caps nearly a year of court battles over a small home OSU wants to seize. The homeowners are challenging OSU's right to take the land.

A group appointed by the court estimates the property is worth $84,000. That is about $20,000 more than OSU has offered.
