Tulsa's Big Splash gets high marks on its state inspection. The inspector who checked out the park earlier this week told us The News On 6 Friday that he found nothing that would cause alarm or serious concern.
Tom Monroe says there were some maintenance problems that can be fixed over the winter. He also found one area that needed two lifeguards, but only one was on duty. Monroe says Big Splash provided the extra lifeguard immediately.
The park has a week to make some other minor repairs.
The inspection came after a portion of a slide at the park collapsed last month. A young girl was on the ride, but was not hurt.
